Biographical Sketch
Christine Cheng
Christine is the Marketing and Outreach Manager for the Smoking Cessation Leadership Center (SCLC) at the University of California, San Francisco. She is responsible for providing project leadership and coordination for all phases of the provision of community outreach and marketing, serving as liaison between the SCLC and organizational partners. She also manages the structure and implementation of all webinars and provide ongoing technical assistance to grantees as part of a team-oriented effort.
Prior to joining the SCLC in November 2007, Christine held several roles (project specialist, data/training specialist, research associate) at On Lok Senior Health Services in San Francisco . She gained experience working in software training, data management, project/research management, and meeting planning and logistics with a wide variety of organizations. Christine was also instrumental in the creation of a survey tool to measure satisfaction of participants in the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) sites.
In her spare time, Christine enjoys browsing for old books and all the wonderful, diverse activities in San Francisco.
