CDC’s National Quitline Data Warehouse Information Collection

The CDC is collecting information from all 50 states, D.C., Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Asian Smoker’s Quitline regarding quitline services that are offered as well as the number and type of tobacco users who receive these services. This information is used to tailor the services to the needs of callers. For ongoing monitoring and evaluation of state quitlines, including the effectiveness of the Tips® campaign; and for continued reporting, visit the CDC’s State Tobacco Activities Tracking and Evaluation (STATE) System website.
