Learning About Healthy Living: Tobacco and You (LAHL), is a treatment manual published by The Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. This manual is an educational group curriculum on tobacco tailored for people with mental health conditions. The 2024 version contains two new sessions on harm reduction of e-cigarettes and vaping.
