Achieving Health Equity in Tobacco Control

This resource is a product of a joint effort of SCLC and a consortium of organizations coordinating efforts in response to the 50th anniversary of the Surgeon General's report on smoking and health. Statistics and facts about how smoking disproportionately affects the poor, homeless people, racial minorities, the LGBT community, and those suffering from mental illness and substance abuse disorders are included.
