Elizabeth C. Hair, Ph.D., is Senior Vice President of the Schroeder Institute at Truth Initiative, where she helps lead the organization’s scientific strategy and multidisciplinary research portfolio focused on addiction, behavioral health, and public health communication. With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral science and population health research, Dr. Hair has led national evaluations of the truth® campaign, youth e-cigarette prevention initiatives, and opioid education efforts. Her work integrates psychology, public health, and advanced research methods to generate evidence that informs policy, drives behavior change, and improves health outcomes for youth and young adults.
